*~*~*
Doesn't seem like an hour would matter much.
But losing that hour...
It never fails. Daylight Savings Time always messes me up.
I'll be glad for it when we start getting Spring weather
and can enjoy the extra hour of light.
*~*~*
My great grandpa said See ya in the gumbo!
instead of "good-bye."
It means see ya out there in the mix.
Gumbo is a mix of various ingredients.
And no two people make it the same way.
To "make a gumbo" means much more than cooking. When someone says "I'm making a gumbo," it means family and friends are invited.
I invite you to join this POTLUCK PARTY every Sunday night.
Bring whatever mix of ingredients you'd like.

Thanks for the feature and the party, Michelle :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle,
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the feature this week, what a nice surprise. I am like you the time change has me running late today all day and now into the night. Hope you have a great week and thanks so much for the party!
Miz Helen
Thank you for the party Michelle
ReplyDeleteI sure enjoyed having that extra hour of sunlight while photographing dinner last nigh!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the party Michelle! The change always messes me up too. It is 100% chance of rain here in the north so no extra hour of light yet. Maybe tomorrow? Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the party Michelle! I am definitely ready for some spring weather :)
ReplyDeleteHello beautiful! What a fun party! Thank you for hosting. Please stop by our party that starts tonight at 7. We would love to share one of your amazing creations. We pin and tweet everything! Lou Lou Girls
ReplyDeleteReally excited to amongst all the wonderful features this week, Michelle! Thank you :-) I love Daylight Savings Time too - but it did make it confusing when I was already dealing with the time change between the UK and California! Plus, our clocks don't go forward in the UK until the end of the month! This week I'm sharing my Cinnamon Streusel Yogurt Muffins. Thank you for hosting and have a lovely week!
ReplyDeleteMichelle, thanks for the feature. Hope you enjoy my bacon wrapped radishes! Cheers from Carole's Chatter
ReplyDeletePS we don't go off Daylight Saving for about another month - and already the mornings are getting very dark.
Sorry I've been MIA for the last little bit, but I'm back today with some gluten-free banana muffins and goat cheese icing. Did I see bacon wrapped venison? Yummy features as always!
ReplyDeleteYou do such an amazing job at this. It's a lot of work!
